Academic Commission on Entrepreneurship and Employment in Abadan attended by MOHME representatives.

An academic commission on entrepreneurship and employment was set up in the President’s office at the Abadan University of Medical Sciences and was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Health and Medical Education (MOHME) and the Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences (AJUMS).

According to a Webda correspondent, among the attendants to the commission were the President of Abadan University of Medical Sciences, Vice-President for Management and Resource Development of Abadan University of Medical Sciences, MOHME’s and AJUMS’ representatives, and a number of officials of Abadan University of Medical Sciences. This commission was convened to heighten the knowledge and culture of entrepreneurship, create steady jobs, reduce unemployment in the region, and nurture entrepreneurially innovative human capital within the framework of Health Employment and Entrepreneurship Development Policy.

The national objective of this commission is to support and provide those who want to enter the health business and need facilities.

There are 8 requirements for proposing plans on Kara website laid out by MOHME. MOHME offers facilities for the fulfilment of these requirements, which include development of health tourism; enhancement of occupational safety and health care; development and organization of detoxification clinics; development of private health care services; expansion of private, academic, traditional medicine; improvement of health care services in household jobs; development of modern health care software packages and technologies; and expansion of private diagnostic and rehabilitation centers.
